Cottage of C18, heightened C19. Coursed rubble stone and Welsh slate roof with brick central ridge and end stacks. Two storeys of four two-light windows : casement, fixed, casement, horizontal sliding sash. Below three two-light horizontal sliding sashes. Centre left a one storey projecting lean-to with three-light horizontal sliding sash and on right end a door within small glazed porch. On right end a one storey extension with three-light horizontal sliding sash. Beams inside.
