Barn, now store. Probably late C18, altered. Sandstone random rubble with quoins, lightly slobbered, with stone slate roof. Three bays with front outshut to centre and right incorporating porch to central wagon entrance. The porch has a cambered timber lintel formed of a re-used cruck blade (a diagonal trench for a former tie-beam is visible on the rear surface), an inner doorway with iron-furnished harr-hung double doors, and a doorway into the side of the outshut; to the right is a small window to the 3rd bay, with C20 glazing; to the left, the set- back 1st bay has a square-headed doorway with plain surround and slab cornice; and built in the angle with the porch, an added stone platform (presumably for milk-churns). Rear: smaller central doorway. Interior not inspected. Forms group with Hey Fold Farm Cottages to which it is attached (q,v.).
