11/49 Lower Fulshaw Head Farmhouse -
- II
House. Dated BS/1630. Coursed ruble. Two storeys, 3 cells. 4 windows irregular and altered. Original splayed openings remain to left but stone mullions removed. 2 moulded dripstones with circular stops on ground floor. Off-centre doorway under datestone has jamb chamfers continuing around ogee head. Plain added doorway at left end. 2 ridge stacks and one at right hand gable. Inside the stone cap of a firehood remains in the roof. (5/p132/RCHM).
