- II
House. c1600. Rubble. Stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Now divided into farmhouse and cottage in 'L' shaped plan. Main range has small, 3-light stone mullion window and one large 6-light stone mullion window with semi-circular heads, (renovated). C18 doorway to right. Three 3-light windows on first floor, 2nd mullion removed. Diamond glazing in 2 windows to right. One 2-light window with mullion removed to right. The cottage has a gabled front breaking forward to right of Laund Farmhouse. 2 storeys. Two 5-light stone mullion windows with semi-circular heads, diamond glazing. One 7-light window similar on first floor. Projecting stone slab in gable peak. RCHM reports some interior features and king post roof. Block to left of farmhouse is later C19 and not of interest. (6/p132/RCHM).
