House. Circa 1815. Stucco with slate roof. Two storeys, three bays. Sill bands and top frieze and boxed eaves; panelled angle pilasters and pilaster to left of end bay. First bay two-storey canted bay window, other windows have architraves, all are sashed, first floor with glazing bars. Central entrance has Doric aedicule, complete overlight and four-panel door, window above has frieze and consoled cornice, that to right is blind. Three bay facade to Alpass Road is similar.
