2 houses. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys with basement,3 bays to No. 86, 5 bays to No. 88. plat band over basement, 1st floor sill band and cornice with blocking course. All windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, with glazing bars to 2nd floor windows; 1st bay of No. 86 and central bay of No. 88 have Doric doorcase with fluted columns, complete fanlights and 6-panel doors. Plain iron area railings and 1st floor balcony. Left return has 3 bays and pedimented gable.
