2. Earlier C19 terrace of houses. Part of the development of Ashby as a Spa. Architect possibly Robert Chaplin who occupied one of the houses in the earlier C19. Street facade, roughcast with projecting paired solid porches. Eastern, or main facade, ashlar. 2 storeys and attic. Centre and outer bays of 3 windows each, advanced 4 windowed sections between. French casements ground and 1st floors, small casements above. Verandah of paired stone piers with entablature and iron railings between advanced sections on ground floor. Cornice over 1st floor, capping to attic wall. Advanced sections have ground moor bow windows with iron railings above. 1 window northern addition.
