PRESTON CROSS LANE SK 8602 and SK 8702 4/6 No 3A. The Woolburn (Formerly listed as part 10/11/55 of Manor House with Chapel and Outbuildings) II Cottage, formerly outhouse to the Manor House (q.v.). C16. Rubble, ashlar, slate roof. One three-light stone mullioned window to right hand side. Two tiny stone dressed casements to the left. C20 stone windows and dormer. Stone coping. Ashlar stack.
