BARLESTONE BOSWORTH ROAD SK 40 NW (east side) 2/3 The Manor House (No 15) 7.11.66 II

House. Early C18 with minor C19 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond with ashlar dressings, Welsh slate roof, 2 brick gable stacks. L - plan. 2 storey plus garret 5 bay front, the centre bay slightly advanced, first floor band and modillioned eaves cornice. Central C19 panelled door with bordered overlight, flanked by pairs of glazing bar sashes. To first floor five similar windows. All openings have splayed rubbed brick arches with stepped keystones. The undersides of the central arches are scalloped. The lower service range to the rear is single storied, with gabled dormers,
