1/25 Home Farmhouse and adjoining out- building
II
Farmhouse. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. brick with rendered and whitewashed front and hipped plain tile roof. Plinth, first and second floor bands, rebated eaves, 2 ridge and external lateral brick stacks. 3 storeys, 2 bays, square plan. West front has a slightly off-centre C20 glazed door with segmental head, flanked by single C20 bow windows. Above, 2 C20 2 light casements, and above again, 2 smaller C19 2 light casements. South side has to left a mid C20 round cornered bay window and to right, a 4 light C20 casement. Above, a tall central cross casement, flanked to left by a 3 light sliding sash and to right by a 3 light casement, all with segmental heads. Above again, 2 C20 casements. To the right, an adjoining single storey outbuilding with a gable stack. To left, a 3 light casement and to right, a half glazed door. Beyond, a single storey stable range. North side has to left a lean-to rear addition with a close boarded door flanked to right by 2 round headed iron glazing bar casements. To the right again a half glazed door and beyond, 2 C20 2 light casements. Above, 2 similar casements.
