House. Mid C19. Probably brick. Plastered and lightly incised as ashlar. Plastered brick stacks and plastered chimneyshafts with stucco cornices, and some original chimneypots. Peg-tile roof.

Plan: Double depth plan house facing north. 2 rooms wide and end stacks. Central entrance hall containing the staircase.

2 storeys with single storey service wing projecting from the right (west) end.

Exterior: Symmetrical 3-window front. First floor windows are 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has 2 French windows with margin panes, one each side of the central doorway which contains a 4-panel door with plain overlight. Tent- roofed 3-bay verandah with shaped timber vallance across the front. It is supported on pairs of timber posts infilled with ornamental trellis work. Flat stucco band at first floor level. Deep boarded eaves and roof is hipped both end.

Interior: Not available for inspection but original joinery and other detail is suspected.
