House, formerly farmhouse. Mid-late C18, altered C19 and C20. Coursed squared limestone, slate roof, brick end stacks. L-plan. 2-storey, 3- window range. Central 4-panel, part-glazed door with flat-arched head, key block and large-boarded gabled hood on brackets. Horned sash windows to ground floor with flat-arched heads and key blocks. 3-light windows to 1st floor left and right with central sliding light to 2-light casement window to 1st floor centre, all with similar heads. Ogee-arched foot-scraper niche to left of door. Single-storey extension to left with pantile roof with casement and paired sash windows with wood lintels. Full-height wing to rear right with casement windows. Interior has stop-chamfered spine beams.
