GV II Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed ironstone. Roof of graded slate. 2 storeys in 3 bays. Front fenestration of tripartite sashes except for centre windows to each floor which are single sashes. All have glazing bars. No doorway. Gabled roof with brick internal gable-end stacks. Rear broadly similar: single sashes to first floor, no window to ground floor south room. C20 door.
