House, formerly farmhouse. Mid-late C18, altered C20. Red brick in stretcher bond, slate roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit, central staircase plan. 2-storey, 4-window range. Main front faces garden to East and has irregular fenestration of 2-light C20 casement windows with flat-arched brick heads. Ironstone and brick plinth, 1-light cellar window to left of centre with stone lintel and deep moulded brick eaves. Single-storey extension to right with pantile roof. Extension to rear right, partly blocking central door which has segmental-arched head. Sash windows to this side with flat-arched brick lintels. Interior: spiral ironstone stair to floor of cellar.
