Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Datestone inscribed: "RS/1604" (Sir Rowland Stanley) with later alteratons. Stone with slate roof. 2 storeys with attic, 6 bays, 1st bay is outbuilding, breaking forward, this and 2nd bay are of 2 storeys. Return of 3rd bay has coped gable. Original double-chamfered-mullioned windows, of 4 lights to ground floor of 3rd bay, of 3 and 2 lights to 1st floor of 3rd and 4th bays, gable end of 3rd bay has 4-light window. 2nd bay has sashed window with glazing bars to ground floor and horizontally-sliding sash to 1st floor. 5th and 6th bays have casements and C20 gabled roof dormers. Lean-to porch. Cross axial stack and stack to later rear wing. Datestone above rear window.
