Terrace of 4 houses. 1894. By Douglas and Fordham. Brick with granite chip rendering to 1st floor, plaster gables and hipped tile roof 2 storeys, 4 gabled bays; jettied 1st floor on decorated bressumer and timber Doric columns with dosserets, jettied gables on decorated bressumers. Brick quoins between 1st floor bays. Windows have small-paned casements. 5-light canted bay windows to ground floor. 1st floor has 4-light canted oriel, 2 single lights to centre. Gables have roundels with surrounding strapwork pargetting with figures. Entrances have decorated lintels and doors with vertical strips,strap hinges and 3 leaded lights. 2 cross-axial stacks, gablets to returns. Rear similar with privies.
