Includes No. 52 Park Road. Terrace of 5 houses. 1895. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with stone dressings, plaster 1st floor, tile roof. One storey with attic. 4 bays, 1st bay breaks forward under gable, end bay recessed by one bay under gable. Ground floor lintel band and brick cornice; 1st floor has brick quoins. Windows have leaded glazing, ground floor has mostly 4-light windows, 3rd bay has 2 pairs of 2- light windows. 1st floor has hollow-chamfered-mullioned windows, brick mullions and decorative heads to lights; 1st bay has 5-light window, end blind lights others transomed; 2nd bay has 3-light gabled dormer with quoined apron; 3rd bay has large gabled dormer, 8-light window with central 2 blind lights and 4 blind lights above; quoined apron. End bay has 4 5-light window with end blind lights, others transomed, flanking quoins. Entrances have stone surrounds and pediments, doors have vertical strips and top leaded lights. Right return has panelled gable with 3-light window to right end, return to 4th bay has 3-light hipped oriel and lateral stack. 2 cross-axial stacks. Rear has paired dormers and privies.
