Includes Nos. 2 and 4 Primrose Hill. Terrace of 10 houses. 1899. By W. and S. Owen. Brick with pebble-dash and tile roofs. 2 storeys, 7 bays, canted corner bay and 4 bays to Primrose Hill. 3rd, 4th and 5th bays project under jettied gables, end bay projects by one bay. Canted bay projects under gable. Windows have small-paned casements; those to ground floor have gauged-brick flat arches. 1st floor has 4-light canted oriels, that to 1st bay is half-canted, adjoining canted bay. Canted bay has cornice to 1st floor window. Entrances have gauged-brick flat arches and plank doors. End bay has projecting lateral stack with adjoining half-canted window, 6 cross-axial stacks. Primrose Hill facade has 1st bay projecting under gable, 2nd bay has ground floor projection under lateral lean-to roof supporting half-canted window with cornice. End bay has oriel with tile-hung gable. Right return has 1st floor 3- light window, the central one segmental-headed; inserted C20 casement. Drip mould over ground floor diapering to 1st floor. Rear similar; privies.
