Terrace of 8 houses. 1912. By William and Segar Owen. Pebbledash with brick dressings, tile roof. One storey with attic, 6 bays, end bays canted forward. Roof to 2nd and 5th bays continued as canopy to ground floor. Brick base. Windows have leaded glazing, those to central bays of ground floor with timber frames, 4 and 5 lights; other windows are double-chamfered-mullioned, 2nd and 5th bays have 7-light transomed canted bay windows, end bays have paired 2-light windows. 1st floor has gableted windows to central and end bays, central bays with 4-light and end bays with paired 3- light windows; 2nd and 5th bays have 6-light gabled roof dormers. Entrances have plank doors, central pair straight- headed, others round-headed. 2 lateral and 2 cross-axial stacks. 5-bay left return has projecting gable end bays, 2 inner return stacks with diagonal shafts. Right return gabled. Rear has 5 stacks in roof slope and sashed windows, privies.
