7 houses. 1907. By Garnett, Wright and Barnish. Brick with pebbledash, tile roofs. One storey with attic, 9 bays, 2 bays at each end project under half-hipped roofs. Band over ground floor, pebbledash to 1st floor. Windows have leaded casements. Ground floor has 3-light double- chamfered-mullioned windows with brick mullions and label moulds, that to 5th bay of 5 lights. 5-light canted bay windows with hipped roofs to 1st, 8th and 9th bays. 3rd bay has 4-light half-canted window. 3rd bay of 1st floor is jettied, gabled weatherboarded; 2nd and 3rd bays have shaped gables to half-dormers, all have 3-light casements. End bays have gabled half dormers with 3-light mullioned windows. Entrances have decorated lintels; plank doors with small-paned lights. Inner return to left pavilion has lateral stack with flues and half-canted bay window, other inner return has hipped dormer. 6 cross-axial stacks with corbelled caps. Rear similar, gables.
