1898, by T W F Newton and Cheatle. In an Arts and Crafts style. Brick and stone; green slate roof. Three storeys plus attic; four bays, the outer two narrower and slightly advanced. Ground floor with cement-headed entrance beneath an arched hood set against a square window, two large casement windows with roll mould and keystone and then another entrance as before. First and second floors each with a window, two two-light windows and another window, all set beneath a band of stone. In the roof two and single-light flat-headed dormer windows in the rhythm 2:1:2:1:2.
