BRISTOL ROAD 1. 5104 (west side) Edgbaston B5 No 99 SP 0685 SE 47/13 SP 0684 NE 51/6 II GV 2. Circa 1830-40 detached 2 storey stucco villa, set well back from road up hill and sharing a long drive with No 103. Stucco faced, originally of 3 bays with the 2 northern bays a slightly later addition in same style. Hipped slate roof, flat bracketed eaves, corniced stucco chimneys. First floor windows retain glazing bar sashes and have architraves decorated with pendants of heart shaped leaves. Two original ground floor glazing bar sashes; the extension has a circa 1900 canted bay and a 3 light casement of same date but under earlier drip mould. Entrance to left has good tent roof porch with scrolled iron standards, set on terrace approached by steps at right angles: scroll ornamented cast iron balusters terminating at foot in anthemion crested standard with anthemion decoration to panel. The 4 panel door with rectangular fanlight, has panelled reveals and soffit. Rear service wing and yard.
