FORMBY MASSAM'S LANE SD 20 NE (north side) 2/43 No. 5 19.7.66 (White Cottage) II House. C17 with alterations. Roughcast with thatched roof. One storey, 2 bays, ls bay higher, with attic. Windows have 3-light horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars. Entrance to 2nd bay. Timber gutter. Returns have horizontally sliding slashes with glazing bars. Entrance to 2nd bay. Returns have horizontally sliding sashes, left return has 2 attic windows and corbelled gabled stack. 2nd bay stack behind ridge. Rear wing.
