Circa 1830-40 stucco faced villa, a variant on the design of No. 25A. Two storey three-bay symmetrical front. The recessed link bay to the right forms part of No. 25A, with the exception of a small, one-window section to the top floor rear, which is part of No.26. Slender quoin pilasters; plinth; ground and first floor sill courses. Flat boxed eaves to gable end slate roof; corniced brick chimneys linked in pairs by tall parapets on gable ends. Glazing bar sash windows in architrave surrounds with cornices over those on ground floor. Tuscan column doorway of same type as No. 25A with same fanlight. Coach house screen wall to south with passage door and segmental arched coach doors. Red brick rear elevation with stucco cornices on consoles to ground floor windows and flat stucco arches with keystones to first floor windows on sill course.
