REGENT PLACE 1. 5104 Hockley B16 No 9 (Part of the Standard Works) SP 0687 NW 24/21 II GV 2. Circa 1850-60 tall 4-storey purpose built works. Painted brick with stucco sill bands to upper floors and corbel brackets to projecting eaves cornice. Close set range of 6 windows to upper floors. Ground floor has 2 windows; round headed doorway and segmental arched works entrance with linked impost block. Revealed sash windows with slightly cambered arches with keystones. Panelled door with semi-circular fanlight, keystone to arch and to that of works entrance.
