Alum Rock B8 NASEBY ROAD No. 14

(Formerly listed as Premises occupied by Teal Patents (former house, part of works, to rear of church hall of St Mary and St John)

II Circa 1825. Stucco; slate hipped roof. Three storeys plus basement; 3 bays. North front onto terrace garden and with a central double-panelled door with panelled reveals and soffit and radial glazed fanlight within a Tuscan porch, and 2 windows. First floor with 3 windows; second floor with 3 almost square windows. All windows sashes with thin cornices on very shallow consoles except the centre first floor window which has a pediment. Left-hand return facing the road with segment-headed windows in moulded surrounds.
