NEWHALL STREET 1. 5104 (South-west side) City Centre B3 Nos 204 and 206 (Dorman Smith Switchgear Limited: Midland Regional Office) SP 0687 SW 28/15 II 2. Circa 1900. Red brick with terracotta "stone" dressings and facings to ground floor. Three storeys; 2 gabled bays with slate roof behind. Ground floor with door, 2 windows and door, all set within simple openings with quadrant upper corners. Broad oversailing cornice. First floor with 4 windows in the rhythm 2 x 2 and in brick frames with stone keystones. Second floor with 2 large semi-circular windows. Almost all windows complete with original glazing bars. Three characteristic rainwater heads.
