Red brick, stone dressings,machine tiled roof with sprocket eaves. 2 storeys, stone plinth, 1st floor level brick band. 3 casement windows in chamfered flush stone surrounds. Flush stone quoins and central door surround. Single storey lean-to on right added late C19. Central chimney stack with 3 joined diagonally set shafts.
