Alternatively known as: THE MANOR, NUMBER 28 LEAMINGTON ROAD, STIVICHALL
House, used as school and now converted to flats. C18, altered and enlarged early to mid C19. Red brick. Clay plain tile roof with brick dentilled gables. Brick axial stacks. Original house on left has platband at first floor level, two gables, 2 storeys and attics, 3 bays, C19 casements with margin panes and flat brick arches with keystones; central doorway with rectangular overlight with margin panes and later gabled timber porch. On right early-mid C19 addition, 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sashes with rusticated heads with keyblocks, ground floor left C20 bay. Gabled rear elevation with C19 service wing and C20 flat roof single-storey extensions. INTERIOR: Much altered in subdivision into flats, but the attic stairs of the original house retains its splat balusters, square newels and moulded handrail.
