TG 08 22 REEPHAM DEREHAM ROAD 7/74 The Laurels.
GV II
House, circa 1837 of red brick, rendered brick, colourwashed, with slate roofs. Of 2 storeys with lean-to extension at rear. 3 windows, central part glazed 6 panel door with decorated semi-circular fanlight under a gauged brick arch. Ground floor windows flanked with louvres. Sash windows with glazing bars and segmental gauged brick arches. Verandah across facade of seven bays, with timber columns, decorated timber eaves and slate roof. Louvred panels at the sides, with fret work guilloch pattern. At rear scattered fenestration of sash windows, and 2 battened doors under single segmental brick arch.
