II

House. Late C18. Brick with tiled roof. 2 storeys. 5 bays, central bay wider and projects 4 inches. Simple pilastered doorcase rising to first floor level and enclosing arched fanlight. 2 sash windows to each side with glazing bars: square heads, rubbed brick lintel and projecting sills. 5 first floor windows identical. Ground floor windows with original glass. Console dentils in eaves cornice. Bell-based hipped roof with scattered stacks on skyline. 3 bay addition to east of early C19 with identical windows, 3 to ground floor and 2 to first. Hipped tile roof. Early C19 portico of cast iron extends entire length of facade with console dentiled cornice under flat roof. North west range of early C19. Flint with gault brick dressings and hipped pantile roof. 2 storeys. 4 doorways but originally 5. Small windows under segmental arches with brick surrounds between doors, all of different sizes. 2 windows remain on first floor, one sash and one casement. 3 blocked windows. Dentiled eaves cornice. 2 central ridge stacks.
