SANDWELL MB BIRMINGHAM CANAL SO 98 NE Titford Branch, Oldbury 8/27 Third lock from bottom, Oldbury Locks (approx 90m south of Tat Bank Road)

GV II

Third lock of flight of six on Titford Branch. Opened 1837. Brick chamber with sandstone kerbs partly replaced by concrete. Single gates. Cast iron sluice gear at upstream end.
