Former rectory house. Late 18th century and later. Red brick. Hipped roof of smut pantiles. Two storeys and attics, double pile. South facade of eight irregular bays; sash windows with glazing bars and gauged brick, arches over openings. Projecting 2-storey canted entrance bay off-centre to west; stone door surround with flat lead-covered canopy on console brackets. Above the entrance on oval stone panel with arms and a margin inscription "MANNERS MAKYTH MAN". Square flat roofed two-storey bay at south-east corner. Wooden eaves cornice. Three 20th century gabled dormers. Square red brick chimney stacks with moulded bands and caps, one on ridge line, one between blocks. East elevation to churchyard has 2 and 3 light casements with transom and a pedimented dormer with 2-light casement. Gable end to north with internal chimney stack.
