GV II

Estate cottage with north gable-end forming part of boundary wall (13/31). Probably late C17 refurbished in late C19. Brick with rendered south gable- end. Black pantile roof. Single storey with attic. South gable-end painted with imitation timber frame. Casement windows with leaded glazing. North gable-end crow-stepped built on top of tumbling-in. Moulded brick peak finial. Decorative barge boards to south gable-end and east porch. Gabled dormer to west and stack to east.
