Lodge. Early C17 and C19.
Brick with slate roof to front, plain tiles to rear. 2 storeys. The facade refaced with gault brick. Door left of centre under pantiled skewback arch and one late C19 sash window each floor. Bell based gabled roof. South wall rebuilt but retaining early C17 stepped gable parapet in English bond. 2 square windows under rubbed brick pediments below eaves line, the left one blocked. Rebuilt internal stack. Mid C19 outshut to rear under catslide roof and C20 stack. Low parapet on kneelers.
Interior mostly C19.
C17 brick wall abuts house extending north along east side of Boosey's Walk. Brick plinth, saw-toothed cornice and coping stones. Blocked 4-centred arched opening with hollow mouldings flanked by 2 demi-octagonal piers on plinths.
