2 houses. Late C17. Timber framed, refronted in brick C19. Black glazed pantiles to bell-based roof. 2 storeys. 2 central doors flanked by 1 C19 casement right and left under segmental heads. 2 similar, but smaller, first floor windows. Sloping dormer with casements. Large square eastern ridge stack in common with Eastell Cottage probably once partly external.
