3 cottages formerly a farmhouse. Early and mid C18 with mid C19 additions. Red brick with pantile roof and a single brick coped gable. A single ridge and 3 gable stacks. Tall rendered plinth. The main 3 bay original house has a mid C18 addition to the left and a mid C19 single bay beyond. 6 irregular bays. 2 storey. Off-centre doorway with panel door and overlight. To the right a single glazing bar sash with C20 flat brick head and beyond a projecting single storey C19 outbuilding. To the left a double glazing bar sash with beyond a projecting lean-to addition and beyond again 2 glazing bar sashes. Above 5 glazing bar sashes.
Interior has large chamfered beams and an altered staircase with a Chinese Chippendale baluster.A single wall of fielded panelling.
