Garden wall with gate on axis with south entrance of Ingoldisthorpe Old Hall Farmhouse. To east and north-east carstone tiles with brick dressings and triangular section carstone coping. with Flemish bond brickwork of high quality on north and west faces to garden, matching the wall attached to Old Hall Farmhouse (q.v.). Brick pier at north east, rusticated brick shaft with moulded brick plinth and cornice, rebate, stone cornice and pedestal supporting stone roundel. Carstone wall continues to east with C20 rusticated brick pier termination.
Another section of wall continues detached to east (q.v.).
To west parallel with south front of Old Hall Farmhouse a lower section of wall with central C17 gateway, carstone with brick dressings and quoins, stepped central lintel. Cast iron gate c.1830 with mixture of Greek Revival and Gothic motifs.
Included primarily for group value with Ingoldisthorpe Old Hall Farm House.
