- II
House. Formerly a pair of cottages. Dated 1756. Squared, coursed flint with galletting, red brick dressings, red pantiled roof. Cottage to west with 2 ground floor sashes and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars. Central 6 panel door. Cottage to east with one ground double sash, single first floor sash. Blocked ground floor door with panel with initials (illegible) and datestone 1756 above. All openings with brick dressings, on ground floor under slightly cambered brick arches. Ground floor brick string course, brick quoins and eaves cornice, brick coped parapet gables with one ridge and one east end gable stack. Cast-iron railings attached to cottage at west, simple spear headed rails with central gate. Single storey with attic flint and pantiled addition to east is not of special interest.
