Farmhouse. West gable with date stone 1678, but largely C18. Coursed, squared clunch with galletting, red pantiled roof. House of 2 builds, heightened and refronted in C18. 2 storey lobby entrance plan, symmetrical south front with 2 ground floor 3-light C20 casement windows with arched heads and brick dressings, 2 first floor casements of 3-lights with brick dressings. Central door with open pedimented lead flashed pentice canopy. Brick end quoins, dogtooth brick eaves cornice, axial and west end stacks. West gable with date stone, rubble carstone with 2 blocked brick dressed long and low windows, original roof pitch built up to form second floor in C18, partially obscured by brick and pantiled lean-to. At east, C18 extension with single ground and first floor 3-light casement, off centre door, brick coped parapet and end gable with stack.
