3 houses in one block. '1887' on left hand gable, probably by William
Huckvale for Rothschild family workers (armorial plaque on right hand
gable). Plum brick to ground floor, plastered and painted upper floor
giving appearange of half timbering with roughcast geometric panels.
Scalloped tilehanging to jettied 1st floor of gables at each end. Steep
hipped red tile roof. Tall red brick pilastered chimneys. A rear
symmetrical 2-storeys, 4 windows long block with central gabled open
timber porch and lean-to porches at each end wall. 3-light flush casement
windows with divided panes. Segmental arches to ground floor. Small
gables over middle two 1st floor windows and small plastered gables set
with gabled wings with date and plaque. Moulded stone corbels and bull-
nosed joists to jetties and moulded brick band below plastered lst floor.
3 estate houses designed as one building. Included for group value.
