SCHEDULE The following item shall be added:
1. 1671 TF 0206 KINGS MILL LANE 1/125A No 1 II GV 2. House, built as the Mill owners house to Kings Mill. c.1830. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. Collyweston slate roofs with raised coped gables with moulded kneelers. A single ashlar stack. Chamfered plinth, chamfered first floor band and moulded eaves band. Flush ashlar quoins. Double gabled street front, has single 6 panel door in chamfered ashlar surround, above a large glazing bar sash, and above again a smaller similar sash. Main garden front, 2 storey plus attics. 3 bay. Ground floor masked by C20 lean-to conservatory. Central doorway with double glazed doors and decorative overlight, in deeply chamfered and moulded surround. Eitherside are 3-light mullion windows. Above a central 3-light mullion window flanked by single 2-light mullion windows. Above again a central through eaves gabled dormer with a 3-light mullion window flanked by single through eaves gabled dormers which are corbelled out slightly, each with a 2-light mullion window. All the windows have chamfered ashlar surrounds. Interior has good stick baluster staircase, original fireplaces in some upper rooms, and most original doors. Included for group value only.
