2. Circa 1900 by James Brooks. 2 storeys and attic. Irregular fenestration. West front of 3 and 5 windows. Massive high pitched hipped tiled roof formed of 4 parallel ridges meeting half way down, Tile hung 1st floor, with perceptible batter, overhanging stone lst floor cill band with brick string below. Brick ground floor with dressings of stone and moulded brick. Continuous hoodmould forming pointed arches over windows, some with plate trefoil heads. Longer south front of similar style but with 2 projecting ground floor bows; a large, 5-light landing window over pointed doorway; and a tiny store-framed, 2-level window to left of doorway.
