2 1899 by James Brooks and Son. 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays, irregular 3 bay right section under tiled gable. Red brick with tiled roof. Sash windows with thick glazing bays, those on ground floor canted bays on either side of a recessed porch under segmental arch. Half glazed door with small flanking windows. Included for group value.
Church of St Peter and Vicarage form a group.
