Similar in height and date to No 17, adjoining. Two storeys. Red brick. Two sash
windows to first floor, central round-headed sash in rectangular frame on ground floor.
Doorway on left with 6-panel door, rectangular fanlight and simple hood on brackets.
Tile roof. Right-hand return front has end irregular windows and C18 door with fanlight
and canopy. Beyond is early C18 house front 2 storeys high and 5 window wide, with a
slightly projecting central bay; raised brick band between storeys; cased sashes with
glazing bars; central door with Doric columned and pedimented doorcase with fluted
capitals to columns and roundels to entablatures; heavy modillion eaves cornice; and
old tile roof with 3 flat-topped dormers. Beyond still is later C18 coach-house.
