C18 with modern additions. Brown brick. Two storeys, four double-hung sashes in reveals with flat arches. Rusticated door surround with keystones, consoles, pediment. Six-fielded panel door. Ground floor projects with flat roof with balustrade above. Hipped Welsh slate roof with modillion cornice and parapet. NMR.
All the listed buildings in The Butts form a group. All the houses listed in THE BUTTS (South and North sides) form a group by reason of their historical importance as a setting for the Middlesex elections in the C18.
