2. Circa 1890. Formerly cottages to Copse Farm. Single-storey. Alternate red brick and yellow stock brick bands in brick on edge, tuck pointed. Tile roof with crested ridge. Timber gabled porch with wrought-iron finial. Bay window on right. Featured chimneys.
