Between 1895 and 1899.
Gothic building in red brick with white ashlar dressings. Two Wings with gable ends to road. Left wing of two storeys and attic, two windows. Attic windows two stone mullioned three-light with stone cill band and first floor cornice below. Four-light first floor mullioned and transomed windows with patterned cill band. Traceried ground floor window with ornamental cornice above. Right wing a one-storey hall. Large, six-light traceried window with gabled stone surround. Bands at eaves level, spring, cill and plinth level. Stone porch in angle has traceried fanlight over Tudor arched door. Blank tracery in tops of both main gables.
