Details
1. 5018 PARK ROAD HAYES No 26 TQ 0981 27/358 II 2. Early Cl9 small villa of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Low pitched hipped slated roof with eaves soffit. Stucco with incised lines. 1st floor replaced sash windows with external louvred shutters and later keyblocks with masks. Ground floor long casements, with margin lights, in narrow moulded architraves with similar key blocks. Half glazed 4-panel door, with rectangular fanlight, in modified entablature surround. Along ground floor loggia on wood posts with swept roof renewed in galvanised iron. Set back left extension with fancy gothic chimney.
