1. 5018 CUCKOO HILL (West Side) EASTCOTE Mistletoe Farmhouse TQ 1189 8/96 24.1.50. II 2. House of 4 different periods in 3 spans. The front span, of 2 storeys, 3 windows, has 2 left bays of C16 and right bay of early C17. High pitched tiled roof with handsome symmetricl old brick chimney at junction. Visible timber framing, with painted brick filling, on 1st floor. Painted brick below. Modern leaded casements of modest size. Some exposed beams inside with curved, stepped chamfer stops. The middle span, probably C18, and the back span, late C19 or early C2O, are of painted brick with tiled roofs; and mock timbering has been added to 1st floors to link them visually with the older part of the house.
